Search Service Deployment

We have manually deployed the Search Service using the Azure portal. Currently, the Search Service is being deployed in the development subscription in the UKSouth region. We will be using this Search Service centrally as we don't need this AI Search on each subscription. It was deployed manually because we wouldn't be able to whitelist the subnet of different subscriptions while running Terraform.

We are utilizing private connectivity solely between the Azure web app and the Azure AI service. However, due to limitations in connecting to the Cosmos Gremlin Database privately, we are accessing the Database Gremlin publicly from the AI Search. Consequently, we will whitelist the public IP of the Search Service on the Cosmos Gremlin.

Also, the search service doesn't need to be multiple, as we will be using this service centrally and all environments will use the same indexer and data.
